We are here to helpAre you eligible?

vulnerable housing services is a facility commissioned by Birmingham City Council to provide supported accommodation to vulnerable people who have no safe place to live. We welcome referrals from all sectors of our community.
Vulnerable people are eligible for our services if they are over the age of 18. In exceptional circumstances we will support vulnerable people up to the age of 65. Referrals for young people under the age of 18 are seen as a priority, along with looked after children, care leavers and those at risk of harm.
All our referrals come to us via Family Services at Birmingham City Council, after the completion of an A1 Assessment form (not to be confused with A1 housing). We can support any young person or professional who may be working with them to complete this form.
