What we doCare

The purpose of domiciliary care is to enable people to live as independently as possible within their community, with a real focus on social inclusion. Home care services support a wide range of people, including those who are elderly, people living with mental illness, learning disabilities or recovering from injury. Our services covers but isn’t limited to:

  • Personal Care – Management of mobility, nutritional needs care, maintaining fluid intake, assistance with getting up and going bed, washing, showering, dressing, undressing and bathing
  • Domestic Support – Social visits, outing, day or night sitting services, social integration, housework, shopping, laundry, finances and meal preparation.
  • Social Care – social interaction, reminiscing, letter writing/reading, managing correspondence, partaking in hobbies, assisting with rehabilitation, support to maintain tenancies and general supported living assistance.

Our home care service will offer a positive environment where people’s unique requirements, strengths and abilities are properly recognized. Our care service can provide a safe place for individuals to express themselves, and through our community activities socialise with people in similar situations. VP Care will endlessly strive to improve our service with feedback, acknowledge market revolution and client needs – improving the service in any way possible.

The values of good care are fundamental to our work. We will support the recovery of all individuals in need of caring during times where they cant help themselves in an environment that inspires hope and facilitates empowerment.
